Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone: On Harry’s eleventh birthday, he learns about who he is. He is the orphaned son of two very powerful wizards. He too has magical powers, and he is invited to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He is off on the biggest adventure imaginable.
Eragon: Eragon is a poor young boy trying to help keep his family fed. When he finds a shiny blue stone he thinks it might bring food to the tables. The stone turns out to be an egg, a dragon egg. Eragon and this dragon were destined to be together. Now they will go on great adventures together.
The Wedding Singer: Robbie has just been dumped, right before he was supposed to get married. He resumes his job as a wedding singer, but is miserable and depressed. While singing at weddings he strikes up a friendship with a waitress, who is engaged to a total jerk. Can these two see that they are meant for each other?
Chisum: This film, based on actual events, is about the attempts of good ranchers like Wayne and Knowles to stop the takeover of Lincoln County, New Mexico, by the corrupt Tucker. One of few Wayne Westerns based on historical occurrences. Cast includes John Wayne, Geoffrey Deuel, Forrest Tucker, Christopher George, Ben Johnson, Patric Knowles, Lynda Night, and Richard Jaeckel. The Three Muskateers: Musketeers Athos, Porthos, and Aramis join young D’Artagnan in an attempt to stop Cardinal Richelieu, who is plotting to form an alliance with the English. The Musketeers are abandoned, and asked to throw down their swords. These three refuse, and along with D’Artagnan will try and save France.
Peter Pan Return To Neverland: An animated family film of a Peter Pan adventure. Wendy’s daughter Jane is an unbeliever. When Captain Hook steals her away to Neverland, she must learn to believe if she wants to escape back to the real world.
